      My name is Faron Glover! I am the owner and founder of AoK-K9. Thank you for checking out my new website! Let me tell you a little bit about myself...

Since I was young I have loved all kinds of dogs. I found myself walking the neighborhood dogs, and my friends and families dogs all the time! I never wanted to be inside at Thanksgiving when there was a dog outside to play with! At Christmas I prayed my family would get a dog, and don't think my siblings and I didn't beg! But, sadly it never happened... So, I started fostering and training dogs! After a while I decided to help volunteer at local shelters! Through the years, I realized that spending time with these amazing animals is where my heart truly lies. My absolute weakness are Australian Shepard's, I could never turn one away!

Now, as a young adult I realized it's time to turn my passion into a reality. And the best advice I ever heard was; "If you follow your passion you will never work a day in your life". So, I dove head first into a little business venture and I have not regretted one moment!

I have worked with dogs for many years, and understand their wants and needs. I follow the "Pack Leader" approach, and train with a firm but gentle hand. I have a firm belief that dogs are part of the family. Dogs are not disposable. They are a lifetime commitment. 

      < I own a 4 year old Australian Shepard named Fly. She is the grey and black cutie in most the pictures on this site! I've done all sorts of training with her. We've done puppy classes, to obedience, to agility. I trained her mostly outside the classroom to obey commands such as "bring it here (whatever "It" may be, she brings it to me) and she even knows "Inside voice" and "Say your Prayers"!  She is my best friend and companion. I've received many requests from people who want me to to train their dogs to behave like Fly, that is the biggest compliment Fly and I could get!
